Although located in a very quiet environment, the house is close to various amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop...). Possibility to park a car in front of the house. The tenant is expected to keep their room clean. As we share the premises, everyone is asked to ensure the cleanliness of the common areas. Smoking is allowed in the garden. The deposit is to be paid on the day of arrival.
