This T3 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a typical Haussmannian stone building in Bordeaux, offering generous volumes and a clear view of the Grand Théâtre. It is close to public transport and all amenities, with immediate proximity to Place de la Comédie and numerous restaurants. The apartment features a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which overlooks an inner courtyard. Electricity and heating are included in the charges and are based on the consumption of the former tenants. However, a portion of the deposit may be retained in case of abusive over-consumption.
Vincent's house is enormous with high ceilings and ample storage. Each bedroom has its own large closet with drawers. It is directly across from the Grand Theatre and a 2-minute walk to Quinconces, a major tram intersection, and about 4 minutes to the river. You can easily access all parts of Bordeaux from the apartment. There is a large Carrefour supermarket about 8 minutes away and Monoprix even closer. Fantastic.
We enjoyed staying at Vincent’s apartment when we first arrived in Bordeaux. The location is ideal, steps from Place de la Comedie and the Grand Theater, close to shops and restaurants, and very near Place des Quinconces, which is beautiful and a hub for bus and trams. There was always something happening, and this apartment lets you feel like you are in the middle of it. I would highly recommend this apartment.
