The house is shared by a mixed group of 8 residents, aged 24 to 37, serious young professionals, in a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Smoking is only permitted outside.

Transportation/parking:
Located in a quiet and secure residential area with practical access to transport: bus stop 50 m away, Vélib 100 m away. Cergy-Saint-Christophe or Cergy Préfecture are quickly accessible by bus. Direct A15 access 5 minutes away. Permanent free parking on a public lot 50 meters away. House access is via a private lane protected by a barrier. An additional private parking space in front of the house is available for occasional needs.
