Description
This is a private non-smoking room on the first floor of a house. The kitchenette and bathroom are shared with one other room. Enjoy views of the Alps and Mont Blanc from this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. A car or other vehicle is highly recommended as it is 20 minutes from Geneva and CERN, and 45 minutes from Lausanne Centre or EPFL. Please note that shoes are not allowed inside. A security deposit of €500 is required for long-term stays, including €60 for key handover on arrival, which will be returned on departure after the inventory. For long-term rentals, room cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, and common areas are cleaned on a rotating basis according to the posted schedule. Check-in is between 5 PM and 7 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. The ground floor is the private living space of the owner.
This room offers a shared bathroom and toilet, and a shared kitchen. There is no access to the living room. The property accommodates 1 resident and is suitable for a man or woman aged 18 and over. Amenities include towels, sheets, heating, a wardrobe/dresser, internet, a dryer, an iron, hangers, a washing machine, a desk/table, and free parking. The property is on floors without an elevator. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their room, and parties are forbidden. Absolute quiet is expected between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are not authorized. Couples are not allowed.
