Spacious and warm room for short stays, located in a quiet, recent and secure building on the 2nd floor with elevator. This room is equipped with a mezzanine bed for two people, a microwave, dishes, a small wardrobe, a desk and chairs. The location is perfect for reaching the university campus either by direct bus in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tram. Several public transport options are available nearby, including Tram D (Edouard Vaillant stop, a 6-minute walk), Tram C (Flandrin-Valmy stop, less than 15 minutes), Chronobus C5 (2 minutes, towards the train station or university) and bus 16 (towards the city center). For smokers, smoking is only permitted on the balcony. A friendly cat lives in the apartment, however, tenant pets are welcome in the room. Arrival time to be agreed, with a preference for after 4 PM. Limited access to the kitchen is allowed, including the use of the fridge and kettle. Additional options such as parking or an extra bed are possible upon request. Bathroom and WC to share. No kitchen access. No living room access.
