The swimming pool is open from April to September. This property is available for a mobility lease from September 20th to May 20th, reserved for individuals with a legal reason for mobility (professional transfer, training, studies, internship, temporary mission, civic service, etc.). The lease duration is 8 months. The monthly rent is €480 including charges, with €390 going to the owner. Agency fees are €720 TTC, payable in two installments.
