The second floor offers two more suites, Suite L'Arcalod and Suite La Tournette, each with a queen-size bed on a mezzanine, a single bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a cinema room with an XXL TV and HiFi system.
The property offers 2-3 private parking spaces and sheltered outdoor spaces. Pets are welcome. Bedroom n°4, Suite L'Arcalod, includes an office area, and Bedroom n°5, Suite La Tournette, includes a day office.
Parties, weddings, birthdays and other events are strictly forbidden. In the event of non-compliance, the deposit will be retained. The home is equipped with a noise alarm system that monitors noise levels and detects smoke and tobacco.
