This fully equipped apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and a high-quality mattress. Bed linen and bath and toilet towels are included. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking and includes glassware, cups for coffee and tea, a kettle, a microwave, and a Nespresso-style capsule coffee machine. A hygiene kit is provided.
Luggage storage is available for €7 per day, from 8 am to 8 pm. Guests are asked to bring their own laundry detergent for the shared laundry room.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Events are not allowed. Guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. At departure, guests must clean and put away dishes, empty trash into appropriate containers, and leave the accommodation in a condition similar to their arrival. Two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a tea towel, and shampoo for body and hair are provided for the first few days. Access is autonomous, with access codes sent the day before arrival. Cameras are installed in all common areas for security. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

The Montgrand district is famous for its lively atmosphere, offering a diversity of restaurants, cafes, and luxury boutiques. Banks and notable fashion boutiques are nearby for convenience. You can relax in the charming Puget Park, or easily reach the Mucem by taking bus 82 from the Old Port. Experience the excitement around the Stade Vélodrome by taking the metro to Estrangin station and changing lines to Castellane. Boats to the island of Frioul depart from the Old Port, and during the summer, RTM maritime shuttles to L'Estaque, La Pointe-Rouge, or Les Goudes also depart from there. Enjoy traditional southern delights from the Four des Navettes, a 15-minute walk from the residence.
