Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Children and infants are welcome. Additional rules apply to the games room, including respecting the equipment, adult supervision for children, and not climbing on or sitting on the tables. Darts should only be thrown at the target, and care should be taken to ensure no one is nearby before throwing. Games room equipment should not be moved, and food or drinks are not permitted on the pool or foosball tables. After use, all games room accessories should be returned to their designated locations. The neighborhood's quietude should be respected, especially in the evening. Any damage or loss of equipment may be charged.
