Loss or forgetting of keys between 10 am and 8 pm will incur a fee of 50 euros. After 8 pm, intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge. If a locksmith is necessary and the traveler is responsible, the costs will be entirely their responsibility. We disclaim any responsibility for forgotten items in the apartment. If an item is found and mailing is requested, a fee of 50 euros will be applied, in addition to postage costs.
