There are two modern shower rooms, one with an integrated toilet, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available.
A concierge service based in Paris is available to assist with a simplified arrival and departure, personalized service, and remote assistance. Partner offers at negotiated rates are also available.

Loss or forgetting of keys between 10 am and 8 pm will incur a fee of 50 euros. After 8 pm, intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge. If a locksmith is necessary and the traveler is responsible, the costs will be entirely theirs. The host declines responsibility for forgotten items, and if an item is found and mailing is requested, a fee of 50 euros will apply, in addition to postage costs. The applicable lease type (mobility lease or common law lease) will be determined before arrival based on your profile and desired duration. A housing insurance covering the entire stay is mandatory for the tenant.
