This accommodation is offered for rent in two possible forms depending on your situation: the mobility lease or the common law lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired duration. For the mobility lease, the duration is between 1 and 10 months, non-renewable. A justification of your situation will be requested before signing. For the common law lease (furnished, Civil Code), conditions will be specified during contract establishment. In both cases, the tenant must subscribe to home insurance covering the entire stay and provide proof. Lost or forgotten keys between 10 am and 8 pm will incur a fee of 50 euros. After 8 pm, intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge. If a locksmith intervention is necessary and the traveler is responsible, the costs will be entirely borne by them. The host declines all responsibility for forgotten items in the apartment. If an item is found and mailing is requested, a fee of 50 euros will be applied, in addition to postage costs.
Kindly note there is a required security deposit which will be collected by the partner directly upon your booking.
