Please note that this apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Any loss or forgetting of keys between 10 am and 8 pm will incur a fee of 50 euros. After 8 pm, intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge. If a locksmith is required and the traveler is responsible, the costs will be entirely at their expense. The property is not responsible for any forgotten items in the apartment. If an item is found and mailing is requested, a fee of 50 euros will be applied, in addition to postage costs.
Kindly note there is a required security deposit which will be collected by the partner directly upon your booking.
