Access to the apartment is autonomous, but assistance is available if needed. Lost or forgotten keys between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee, with additional surcharges after 8 PM. If a locksmith is required due to guest fault, all costs will be at their expense. We accept no responsibility for forgotten items, but if an item is found and shipping is requested, a €50 handling fee plus postal fees will apply.
The 2nd arrondissement is a dynamic area with many bars and restaurants, which may generate some noise. This is a non-smoking apartment. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Tampering with noise monitoring devices is prohibited and will result in a fine.
